Sustainable Map Solutions: Projects

Epping is the home of SMS and having strong working relationship with the Town of Epping has been mutually beneficial. Epping has beta tested Integrator and will be the first community in the country using TOTAL PERMIT. We look forward to a strong relationship into the future.

In 2008 Grantham switched to Integrator from their existing GIS provider. SMS has provided the town with a more advanced GIS website that has been extremely successful. We look forward to continuing our strong working relationship with Grantham.

SMS developed a demo site for the Martha’s Vineyard Commission to show the advantages of an “island wide GIS mosaic map” that allows planners to view all parcels and owner information across the entire island. The demo site has the parcel and assessment data for three towns (Tisbury, Oak Bluffs and Edgartown).

Moultonborough provided SMS with an opportunity to include many innovative features such as 3D topographical maps, wetland searches and buffers, photo tool tips and much more.
